Retreat Square, is a retreat hosting company with (at the moment of writing) business activity in Italy, Greece, Portugal, Morocco and Bali, Indonesia. Retreatsquare is Registered as a private company with limited liability and has its headquarters located in Estonia. Our registered office is situated at Tornimae 3, Harju county 3-5-7 Tallinn 10145. We are duly registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Talinn, Estonia under the tax code 16880581.

 

Retreat Square is dedicated to enabling users to book top-tier travel experiences globally, with a specific emphasis on catering to the interests of Yoga enthusiasts, conscious travelers, and those who prefer vegetarian and vegan lifestyles.

We are dedicated to providing excellent customer care. It's important to note that while we prioritize support, it is not a legal obligation, and we do not assume additional responsibilities beyond those outlined in our terms of use.

The terms of use, subject to potential amendments at our discretion, govern all services provided to you online, whether directly or indirectly. By browsing our website, utilizing our services, and/or making reservations through our platform, you acknowledge having read and agree to abide by these terms. Booking and Reservation Policies

  • We kindly ask our valued clients to adhere to the booking process set forth by Retreat Square, designed to streamline your experience with us.

  • In order to secure your reservation and ensure availability, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance, providing flexibility and convenience, can be settled up to two months prior to the commencement of your chosen activity. This approach not only facilitates seamless planning but also ensures that your retreat experience with us is tailored to your preferences and needs.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • We appreciate your understanding in advance. Unfortunately, we have a no-refund policy in place. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we'll be happy to assist you in any way we can.

  • If the final payment deadline is exceeded, Retreat Square reserves the right to resell the reserved spot and retain the deposit. Prior to taking this action, individuals will be personally contacted and provided with a warning.

Itinerary Details

  • At Retreat Square, we take pride in crafting meticulously detailed itineraries for each tour or package, meticulously outlining the array of services and activities included.

  • While we strive for seamless experiences, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate itinerary adjustments. In such cases, Retreat Square reserves the right to make necessary changes to ensure the continued enjoyment and safety of our guests.

  • It's important to note that any items or services not expressly mentioned in the itinerary are regrettably not included. This ensures clarity and transparency regarding the scope of your retreat experience with us.

Changes to Itinerary

  • At Retreat Square, we understand that flexibility is key to providing exceptional experiences. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary in response to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Rest assured, our priority is to ensure your journey with us remains smooth and enjoyable. Should any changes occur, we will promptly notify our clients, keeping you informed every step of the way. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities, and we're committed to making any necessary adjustments with your best interests in mind.

Travel and health Insurance

  • At Retreat Square, the well-being and safety of our clients are paramount. To safeguard against unforeseen events, we require clients to obtain travel insurance providing comprehensive coverage.

  • It is the responsibility of each client to ensure they possess adequate insurance coverage for the entire duration of the event. This proactive measure offers peace of mind and protection against any unexpected challenges that may arise.

  • Please note that while we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Retreat Square cannot be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, resulting from participation in the activity or event. We encourage all clients to prioritize their safety and well-being by securing appropriate insurance coverage before embarking on their journey with us.

  • It is mandatory for all clients to confirm that their health insurance provides coverage in the foreign destination they will be traveling to with Retreat Square. This requirement is essential to guarantee access to necessary medical care in the event of emergencies or unexpected health-related incidents during the trip. Ensuring adequate health insurance coverage in the host country is a prerequisite for participation in our retreats, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities of Retreat Square

  • At Retreat Square, we take great pride in our commitment to delivering exceptional service, as outlined in the meticulously crafted itineraries for each of our offerings.

  • Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing you with an experience that not only meets but exceeds industry standards. Our team works tirelessly to ensure every detail is thoughtfully curated to enhance your journey with us. From the moment you embark on your adventure until the conclusion of your retreat, you can trust that Retreat Square is fully responsible for delivering the services outlined in the itinerary, ensuring a memorable and enriching experience for all our guests.

Force Majeure

  • In situations where unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, pandemics, or government actions, result in a Force Majeure Event, Retreat Square reserves the right to suspend its obligations under this Agreement. While we endeavor to fulfill our commitments, in such instances where performance becomes impossible or impracticable, we do so without incurring any liability. This provision allows for flexibility and ensures that both parties understand and acknowledge the potential impact of extraordinary events on our ability to deliver services as initially agreed upon.

Participant Conduct

  • At Retreat Square, we prioritize creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. We kindly request that all participants behave responsibly and adhere to the guidelines established by Retreat Square.

  • In the rare event that a participant's behavior poses a threat to the safety or well-being of others involved in the event or activity, or if their behavior significantly disrupts the experience of other participants, Retreat Square reserves the right to take necessary action, including the removal of the individual from the event or activity. This measure is implemented to uphold the integrity of our community and ensure the continued enjoyment of all participants. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere during your experience with us.

  • Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to the accommodation during their stay. They will be required to cover the costs of repairs or replacements directly with the accommodation provider.

Liability and Waiver

  • Retreat Square acknowledges that its liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the tour. This limitation ensures transparency and fairness in our agreements, providing both parties with clear expectations regarding financial responsibilities in the unlikely event of liability issues.

  • Retreat Square is not liable for any damages, losses, or negative experiences incurred by clients as a result of interactions with our partners. This includes, but is not limited to, poor service quality, delays, miscommunications, or any other issues that may arise.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Retreat Square diligently collects, stores, and utilizes customer data in strict adherence to its Privacy Policy, accessible on the company's website. Upholding the highest standards of data protection, the company ensures compliance with all relevant regulations governing data privacy.

  • Furthermore, Retreat Square reserves the right to capture film or photograph participants during the event or activity for potential use on social media channels and promotional materials. This allows us to share the enriching experiences of our community while showcasing the beauty and essence of our retreats. Participants' participation implicitly acknowledges and consents to the possibility of their inclusion in such content.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising between Retreat Square and its clients can be amicably resolved through mediation or arbitration, with European law governing the resolution process. This approach ensures fairness, impartiality, and adherence to legal standards, providing a structured framework for resolving disagreements in a peaceful and efficient manner. Retreat Square is committed to fostering positive relationships with its clients and seeks to address any issues through constructive dialogue and mutual understanding.

  • Retreat Square retains the right to update these terms and conditions at any given time. This ensures that our policies remain current and aligned with any changes in our operations or legal requirements.
